Ember Grid

Ember Grid is a small, offline cross-toggle puzzle from Pyromancer Studios. Tap a tile to flip it and its direct neighbors; turn every ember off to clear the stage.

Journey mode offers deterministic stages with saved stage progress. The daily puzzle uses your device’s local date. Unlimited undo, restart and solution hints let you play without a timer.

Controls: mouse or touch; arrow keys and Enter/Space. Includes text labels and reduced-motion support. No audio, ads, analytics, accounts or in-app purchases.

Download the ZIP, extract it, and open index.html in a modern browser. Keep engine.js beside it. Windows, macOS and Linux browser use is supported by design; this is not a native executable or mobile-store app. Mobile-sized layout was tested, but a physical phone test has not been completed.

AI disclosure: code, interface graphics and text were created with generative AI assistance and tested. No third-party art, sound, fonts or libraries are included. The cross-toggle mechanic is an established puzzle mechanic.
